Gyu-Kaku (Japanese BBQ Dining) Chicago, IL
Well...It's me, Alien.
Alien was looking at the meats.
Alien went to Gyu-Kaku, a Japanese BBQ dining in Chicago.
Alien made this photo nostalgic. Alien was missing Yakiniku, Japanese BBQ.
They offer $3 draft beer in lunch time.
Beer is a must for BBQ, right?
Alien ordered Tofu salada first.
Alien rarely have this creamy sesame dressing in the U.S. Yum yum.
Alien was having beer and salad, waiting for meats.
Alien was waiting...
Alien meet the meats!
Alien ordered Karubi short rib (the near side), Harami skirt stake (the middle), and Yaki-syabu/thinly sliced beef (the closest to Alien).
Sizzle sizzle...
Alien was waiting.
Done!
Harami looked yum yum. Drool.
They offer three sauces: Ponzu/Citrus-flavored soy sauce, Sweet Soy, and Spicy.
Alien liked Spicy the most. It was not hot.
Yaki-syabu came with sliced lemon. It was yum yum as well.
Alien also ordered white rice. A bowl of steamed rice is a must for Japanese BBQ! The rice was very dry, though...
Alien was full and happy.
Let's go home. Oh, they have a Noren (shop entrance curtain).
...Well, this Noren was for restrooms.

Alien went there during Happy Hours. It was a bit busy.
