Pho Viet (Vietnam restaurant) Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Well...It's me, Alien.
Phooooooooooo!
Alien went to a Vietnam restaurant.
This restaurant is next to Pacific Produce, a big Asian grocery store. Alien stopped by when Alien went grocery.
Alien orderd egg rolls for appetizers.
Egg rolls is one of Alien's favorite foods.
"Egg rolls" refers to fried rolls and "Spring rolls" refers to non-fried rolls. Alien learned.
Crispy.
It went well with sweet chili sauce.
Pho arrived!
Alien ordered Pho Bac Biet (Beef rice noodle soup).
The bowl was huge.
Alien don't like cilantro... so Alien orderd pho with no cilantro.
It came with bean sprouts, Thai harb, and lemon.
Alien could tell beef broth in the soup. It tasted great! Yum yum.
They prepare a lot of kinds of sauces and spices.
Don't put too much---all of them are very hot!
Alien also ordered Banh Xeo, a Vietnam crepe.
It was huge as well.
Bean sprouts, shrimps, and sliced pork in the fried crepe.
The crepe was coconut flavored. Alien had it with vegetables.
Alien didn't know, but Alien should have cut the crepe into pieces, hold with lettuce, and eat. Alien learned it when Alien googled Banh Xeo later.
Alien put lettuce between the crepe, thinking it was hard to eat.. What a shame!
Well, it was good with sweet sour sauce anyway.
Phew.
Alien ate too much, again.
Well,,. it was because all the dishes were huge and tasty. It wasn't Alien's fault!
