Happiness means putting one's head in a pile of fried chicken.
Alien wento a Japanese restaurant called Sozan Banzai.
It doesn't look like a good Japanese restaurant... Well, let's try.
Mitsuwa, a Japanese supermarket in Chicago, closed at 8pm. Alien looked up Japanese places that still opened and found here.
Alien paied first at the counter and waited to be seated.
This place was simple, clean and light.
This restaurant offers many set menu.
Alien felt like Alien was in Japan...
Alien ordered a salt-grilled mackerel set.
The main comes with steamed rice, miso soup, and two side dishes.
This salt-grilled mackerel was very juicy. Yum yum yum! It perfeclty matched with grated daikon radish.
Alien didn't expect to have such yummy grilled fish in the U.S. Chicago rocks.
This is Japanese fried chiken set.
It reminded Alien of old times in Japan... yum yum.
This restaurant offers ramen as well.
Oh, ramen...
Alien got attracted by set menu this time. Alien want to try their ramen next time.
