Umai (Japanese restaurant), Chicago

Well...It's me, Alien. 

Alien went to a Japanese restaurant in Chicago downtown, called "Umai." Alien missed Japanese foods. 

"Umai" means tasty in Japanese... Aww their foods must be tasty. 

In the restaurant. Casual and stylish. 

Aline ordered "Umai Crunch" sushi rolls. 

 The topping was unique. Green sea weed.  

Well... it was not tasty, in Alien's opinion. 

Alien didn't like the combination of green sea weed and sushi rolls. 

Alien didn't expect wasabi taste in it. The menu just said "spicy mayo." Alien don't like wasabi... 

Well, Alien also ordered tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen. 

Well...

It was not tasty either. 

It tasted like milk soup. Alien couldn't tell flavor of pork broth.  

This is just a subjective opinion of Alien, though. 

Well, it was not "umai" in Alien's opinion.

It was "Ma ma" (So-so).
