Well...It's me, Alien.
Alien have a beer belly.
Alien love beer since Alien started living in Milwaukee.
Alien went to a brewery company in St. Louis.
Schlafly Bottleworks. It is a local brewery.
Alien first got a tour ticket.
It was free!
Tours are only in weekends. Check their schedule if you plan to visit.
Alien looked around the shop while waiting a tour.
They are lables of beer companies before the Prohibition.
A company stopped brewing and started icecream production after the Prohibition, since it owned huge fridges. Smart.
Time for a tour!
A tour guide explained history of St. Louis beer, history of Schlafy Bottleworks, and ingredients and produciton processes of beer.
Then, Alien and other visitors got into their facility.
Visitors must wear goggles for safety.
What would spatter over Alien?
This is a lab to invent new beer.
Sounds like a fun job.
Nothing spattered over Alien.
This is a tank to farment and age beer.
It didn't work since it was Saturday.
A funny brewry caution.
Alien liked their humor.
The tour ended without spatters.
Beer tasting at the end of the tour!
The tour guide explained beers for tasting at a bar-like space.
The first beer was pale ale, their flagship beer.
Huu it has unique flavor.
Next beer was Weizen.
The tour guide said their Weizen is different from German Weizen.
Next was APA (American Pale Ale).
Alien don't like IPA and APA. Too bitter for Alien.
Last one was Stout.
Dense. It was also bitter.
Pretzel and beer are good partners.
All the beer Alien tried were too bitter and/or sour for Alien.
Alien need more beer training.
Alien prefer Milwaukee beer to St. Louis beer. Let's have beer at home.
They offer other kinds of beer.
Alien learned a lot.
They have a restaurant in the same place. Visitors can enjoy their beer with bar foods.
Alien didn't go since Alien had BBQ for lunch and was still full.
Alien eat too much on travel. Alien have a beer belly... should Alien be proud of it?
